Polished & Sealed Concrete

Best concrete polishing

Concrete polishing and sealing is a cost-effective way to improve the look and quality of any concrete surface.

The process starts by grinding and polishing the concrete slab, filling any cracks or imperfections, and then finishing it with a topical gloss, satin, or matte sealer.

This is a great option for basements and commercial spaces!

Who is polish AND SEAL CONCRETE BEST FOR?

This service is perfect for those residents who need an extremely durable and industrial finish. Examples of surfaces we’ve worked on include: showrooms, retail stores, coffee shops, offices, restrooms, basements and more.

In the commercial setting, this style of concrete coating is ideal for showroom floors, hardware stores or any location where a professional appearance and safe walking surface is important.

Who is polish AND SEAL CONCRETE NOT FOR?

We don’t recommend a grind and seal for overly damaged concrete or surfaces that will be under heavy duress from vehicles or machinery.

In drier climates, we do not recommend this as a treatment option for a garage floor or heavy traffic warehouse, as it will need to be resealed fairly regularly.

What is the longevity of a polish and seal floor?

Polish and seal concrete surfaces will need to be resealed every 5-10 years depending on the level of traffic. We recommend other coating options for anyone trying to protect a high traffic or high stress surface that frequently houses heavy equipment, spills, foot traffic, weather, etc. For large sized low to medium traffic volume areas, grind and seals can be a great option!
